"It's not the Hilton. Go elsewhere if you aren't on a budget. I had medical appointment at local hospital. It's very close by. The place is equipped with appliances if you need a longer stay, but bring your own cooking pot or pan. There's a fridge with icemaker and microwave. Coffee maker. Easy access to the freeway. We stayed in smaller room with two queen beds. Quiet. Small snack bar downstairs. North of downtown Carson City. I will stay there again, if necessary."

The only minor issue we noticed was that the mattress on our bed sagged in the middle quite a bit and probably should be replaced. I would highly recommend this lodging."

It was noticeably very clean and supplied with everything we could possibly think of. The updated furniture was very comfortable. It's in a great location, and the furnished deck is a nice place to relax and enjoy the environment. Little things we appreciated: Lamps with bulbs bright enough to read by; most wall light switches have dimmers; no artificial plants sitting around that just get in the way (thanks for that).Last but definitely not least: Thanks to the management team that was very helpful and responds quickly to any questions you might have. We've had condo managers in the last two decades we've been coming to Incline, and this one is the best!"
