"I loved my time at the Hyatt. My favorite part about the hotel is that they give access to private beach. I was disappointed that there was construction going on so there weren't any lounge chairs available at the beach this time. The pool area was nice place to relax. The wait staff was great. Also had breakfast in the morning and that was amazing. Definitely going to book a room next summer."

"Our family of 14, ages 3 to 71 had a fabulous time at this amazing property. There was plenty of room to spread out. The proximity to the East Shore trail was great and we had a couple of fun days at Hidden Beach. We also recommend getting parking reservations for Sand Harbor beach in advance and had more fun days at the beach. We cooked all meals at the house and the gas grill in the yard was perfect. We would definitely stay here again with our large family."

"We decided to spend our 25th Anniversary in Lake Tahoe and this is our 1st time here too. We are so grateful to our very responsive host, Rachel who made our trip extra special! It's a very cozy home, definitely our home away from home. The house is clean - very well maintained. We're impressed that tap water is drinkable, a steady stream of hot water everuwhere and they have a dedicated hot water line too.It has a well stocked bathroom, laundry and kitchen; has everything you need even spices you least expect they would have. All you need is a toothbrush and toothpaste! The property is at a great location-near shops, restaurants, trails & best beaches. Also in a safe and quiet neighborhood.Every night was restful because of the comfortable beds with TV on each room and internet was great for remote work.The ground floor bathroom is ADA-compliant, and has both a balcony and a porch, that's a plus for large families. Most of all we appreciate the complimentary Incline Village Beach Pass - this was a huge one for us since the best beaches are here especially Burnt Cedar Beach!If we return to Lake Tahoe, we're definitely staying here again."

"Best rental ever! I’ve rented a lot of places in incline and this home was fabulous! Bright and clean and updated. Quiet neighborhood. A beautiful deck and view. The kitchen was completely stocked. Not one thing they didn’t have. Carol was so kind, made check-in easy and she was great at communicating. Definitely will stay here again! Thank you!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay and we will be back to the area again. The house was perfect for 6 women whol like to sleep by themselves. A couple of things we wish we would've know at the beginning of our stays is the code to the pool and pool house. My suggestion would be to add that information into your information book. Along with some of the best beaches around and if you have to have a reservation and fee for the beaches. It would also be nice for those out of state people visiting to know what is available near by for like groceries and your favorite restaurants."
