"Our air conditioner didn’t work. Well, the window was closed, but it sounded like it was open, heard all the traffic from the freeway, no microwave, couldn’t warm up leftovers, seems to me it was staged, I just want you to keep buying food….."

"Easy check in, very nice place, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds. I had to check out at 6 and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t ready yet so I can’t taste that but the area where it’s served is very nice and inviting and clean. When in Reno on business again and I need a place to stay, I definitely will choose this hotel. "

"Staff was very helpful and professional. Although this is an older local hotel it had everything needed. Very clean and well provided for with mini fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine with supplies to make coffee. I arrived quite a bit early for my reservation and they were able to accommodate me with allowing me in my room early. I traveled by bus and this location is very close and convenient to the transit center, about 1 block away. Would stay here again!!"
