「Everything was great except we were anticipating have hotel pool access and did not. We had access to the smaller, timeshare pool, but would have liked access to the larger pool. However, it was still a great time. 」

「This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. We have 2 more trips...

「The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.」

「Incredible stay! Beautifully designed rooms. W head the townhouse which was perfect!! Loved the balcony tub. But be careful I bruised my arm pretty badly on it without realizing because it was truly that comfortable. Upright jetted tub in the bathroom was a super nice touch too! Nice kitchen, great staff, easy parking. Wish I could find something this convenient and cool in other places I travel to. Will definitely stop by on another road trip up the west coast!」

「Overall this was a great spot. Very spacious and comfortable—the bed was especially comfortable. The bathroom, specifically the toilet, (room 301) was not as clean as would be expected, but we understand that can happen. Some areas of the room could have used updating, but overall it was really accommodating and we’d definitely go back. 」

「Our stay at Hilton Vacation Club South Lake Tahoe did not feel like a relaxing vacation experience. The property felt more focused on timeshare sales every time your work in the door, rather than guest comfort and hospitality. One major disappointment was the lack of daily room service, which guest has be scheduled well in advance. The pool area service was also inconvenient. There were no drinks or meal services available poolside, so I had to walk to the bar to place food orders and then wait...

「We stayed in the studio room. Good enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. With the couch extended as a bed, though, it gets a little crammed with the table. The bathroom had a lot space. Enough to place our sleds in the corner with plenty of space still. It was a good addition to add hooks by the door for all our winter clothes too. The best part of Marriott’s Timber Lodge Tahoe would have to be the location! Right outside is the Gondola, restaurants, rentals, and shops. Everything walking...
