"Issues from the moment we checked in. I'll ignore small stuff like vomit in the shared laundry room, overflowing garbage and limited covered parking. I will focus however on more critical things like heating and communication with the facility management. The heating didn't work. The staff and the host were reaponsive to text and sent someone over to check it who couldn't fix the problem. They never followed back and I had to keep nagging them to provide an update. "This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. "We stayed in the studio room. Good enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. With the couch extended as a bed, though, it gets a little crammed with the table. The bathroom had a lot space. Enough to place our sleds in the corner with plenty of space still. It was a good addition to add hooks by the door for all our winter clothes too. The best part of Marriott’s Timber Lodge Tahoe would have to be the location! Right outside is the Gondola, restaurants, rentals, and shops. Everything walking...

"Hot tub was hot and fire place put out good heat! The place was very comfortable for our weekend stay and the proximity to Stagecoach on the NV lift at Heavenly was fabulous! We didn't need the shuttle bc the place was so close. Would recommend staying here again! "
