「Overall, it was a good stay. Disappointing is that the elevator is old and VERY slow. Don't be in a hurry. Also disappointing is that they charge an additional $30.72 as a resort fee when you arrive. "This includes high speed WiFi for four devices per room per day, fitness center access for two daily, and unlimited local calls." None of which I used, though I paid for them. Perhaps charge customers WHEN they use these amenities, not IF they use them.」

「Unit was fine. Very drafty. Salt all over areas that were covered so would end up in unit and all over gear. Biggest issues was hot tubs were not maintained. Called 3 x. Nothing done. Murky nasty water bound to get people sick. I have pictures.」

「Host is amazing and responds quickly to any inquiries. This was my third time staying here with the Ackerman's as host. They are the best! Areas of the property have had recent renovations since last year. We keep coming back to the Ridge as it is our home away from home. It is very close to Boulder Lodge, and Stagecoach is right next door! We love it at the Ridge, with the Ackerman's as host!」

「We returned to The Ridge for our second stay in Ackerman's accommodations. This was during the crazy weather in March. I was nervous driving up, but once we made it it felt like returning to a familiar haven. We were welcomed back and sent directly to our one bedroom unit. This is not a studio unit, there is a separate bedroom along with a full kitchen that has everything you need to make meals in, if you choose. With the weather the way it was, I stocked up on essentials in case I didn't feel...

「Great Location and the most incredible views! Beds were comfortable, unit setup was nice. We did have a little trouble finding the parking spot, but they called us right back with the information. A very good experience overall!」
