There were 11 of us with plenty of room... note there are quite a bit if stairs ..if your decently in shape there are no issues! The house was clean and very comfy. Note there is a new sectional that was soooo comfy we absolutely loved it. If you are planning to cook the kitchen is well equipped. "

"We picked this property for its location, view, and number of rooms. Those were all great. Otherwise, it was one of the worst stays ever. The place was very ill-maintained. There were tons of issues. First, the check-in process was ridiculous. I kept asking for check-in instructions and did not get any. "Overall a great stay with some friends during the 8 foot snow blizzard this past season. Other than a ton of shoveling, even with the hired crews (hard to keep up), we had a great time. Loved the pool table and large kitchen, and of course the hot tub as well. Nice indoor garage parking available was key during the storm."

"Although it wasn't terribly hot, there was a small AC unit that only cooled one room. My kids loved the layout. It was a fun treehouse feel. I think this property is better for people traveling in the winter. We would also have liked to have had a cooler of some kind for taking food annd drinks to the beach areas for the day."
