"Overall a beautiful and very clean property.The gardens and rooms reflected a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff were friendly, helpful, and proficient in English. We enjoyed some relaxing moments in the refresh lounge although the timing never worked for us to take advantage of the drink service. The massage chairs in the relaxation room were wonderful. The laundry machines worked well. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, preferring to explore the many cafes in the area. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, and is on a quiet street, but with a major street with shops and restaurant steps away. We found restaurants on quieter neighborhood streets as well."

"The room was very comfortable, offering great views of Tokyo. The breakfast at The Artist’s Corner in the 43rd floor was a brilliant way to start the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by so many options with a theme park, shopping plaza, so many eating places, and 2 minutes to Suidobashi station. We were very happy with our choice. Highly recommend."

"My family really enjoyed the bunk beds, especially my daughter. We had a 3 bunk bed room (queen bed at the bottom and a single bed on the top). The room is a bit smaller, but modern. There is not an actually bath"room". Its open concept. The toilet has its own door. There is a stand up shower with a door and a curtain you can slide over the door for some privacy. The sink is out in the open. Might be awkward if you are sharing with friends or older kids that like their privacy. The check in and check out process was seamless. We didn't try any of the food there, but it looked good. Location is fantastic, right across the street from the train station and 5 min walk from Tokyo Dome and many other restaurants and shops. Would recommend staying here. "

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"Excellent hotel, very modern look. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which made information sharing easy. The pastries and coffee options in the morning were pleasant and much appreciated especially with kids who truly enjoyed the hazelnut donuts offered. Only issue I had was the room was very smal, with two twin beds accommodating 2 adults and 2 small kids. There was barely any space for luggage or to move around. But for the location, room price, etc, we managed as we didn’t spend that much time besides sleeping after sightseeing. All in all, we spent 5 nights at the hotel and would recommend it to families as it’s hard to find affordable rooms for 4 people in Tokyo. "

"Beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The property is very large and you can get lost! There two hotels that are attached. The Otani main and the New Otani Garden. The hotel(s) remind me of the ones in Las Vegas, only a lot cleaner and nicer. There are a lot of high end stores on the lowers floors of the New Otani Garden hotel. There are many different restaurants in the hotel. We tried several and the food was excellent. They have their own private garden attached to the hotel. It is quite beautiful. The ponds are filled with the largest Koi I have seen."
