"It was dissapointing, more like a travelodge pretending to be a Country hotel. There was nothing executive about our executive double room. Breakfast was good but far from anything special i.e no baked goods, no cheese, plain yogurt only. Sadly not worth what we paid for it."

"Great location in city centre overlooking the river. The room was a reasonable size, clean & comfortable however the pillows were very firm. The breakfast was lovely & the extended opening hours on Saturday were ideal meaning we didn’t need to rush down. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The drink prices in the hotel bar were overly expensive. "

"All in all it was a nice stay. Only a couple of reasons for not giving 5 stars - there was rubbish in the bin in our room and some rubbish on the bedside table on our arrival to the room. Also the air conditioning kept coming on and it was very cold and loud and wouldn’t change when adjusting the thermostat. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel so not a big issue for us but could be a problem for some. "

"The place was great. It's really close and convenient to the center of town. The staff was lovely. The room was large and great street views. I would highly recommend this place again"

"The hotel is lovely and friendly . The bed was so comfy and loved the bedding and towels. The bathroom was t too good. After a bath and you pulled out the plug there was a ball of hair it was disgusting. The breakfast was yummy. Still a gorgeous place to stay and town just round the corner. "
