"Went to checknin at 4; rooms not ready. Was told “we can’t give you a time when it will be.” Um, it’s your 4 pm check in. Waited and went back at 4:35 pm and li e as I wasn’t only one. It’s summertime; no bar at pool and although advertised on website, no bar, coffee, etc. “Sorry, there’s no service.” ..."
