オールド オーチャード ビーチのホリデーパーク

「Sea Cliff House Motel was delightful. Not particularly spacious or luxurious, however the rooms and accouterments were extremely clean, in good repair, and entirely satisfactory. The pricing was very attractive. The beachside location was one of the very best features. The staff were friendly, well-informed, and very helpful. If you are shopping for good value and prime location, I highly recommend the Sea Cliff House Motel.」

「The place was nice and clean. The only issue was that the sink in the bathroom was clogged and it was immediately repaired. The staff was helpful and prompt. We had an excellent stay. We will problem be back next year. Thank you very much.」

「This property is absolute garbage. The staff at the front desk were 0 help in any way. I called 7 times the night of our reservation to complain about the issues we found upon check in. Which had including bodily fluids, left around the room, holes in walls, water damage and mold. And that was just in one room. The staff at the front made sure to repeat over and over in old orchard You don't come for the room , you come for the location. To which we replied, ma'am , it's off season and the bare...

「Decent property. Some sand on floor, but this is a beach property. Kitchen sink plug missing so hard to do dishes.Several dishes in cupboard were dirty.Large burner on stove did not work.Overall a nice property. Just a few minor things. We would stay again.」

「Property was clean」

「The finding the lock box and not knowing my parking #8 space was mine would have helped and it was definitely difficult getting the lockbox open once I found it after trying all the ones on the deck but only one phone call did the trick」

「While the location and the apartment being pet friendly was a plus, everything else was, at best, a surprise. Our main issue with this location is that it is listed as a two bedroom, but it’s not disclosed that the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom. Imagine a large primary bedroom with a giant walk-in closet, but that giant closet has now been converted into a second bedroom. Additionally, the bathroom downstairs was difficult to maneuver and the water pressure and...

「Would stay here again!」

「Very close to the beach, clean comfortable me and the dogs enjoyed our stay there」

「Place was perfect location to downtown but still quiet. Unit was clean and exactly as described.」

「Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

「We ended up staying only one night although we had booked 5 nights. The location and amenities were fine, but the fact that the bedrooms were upstairs and the bathroom down a rather steep flight of stairs, was something we hadn't expected and weren't comfortable with (bad knees). Also of note is that to get to the second bedroom, one has to walk through the first bedroom; and the upstairs could also be cooled only with a (very loud) standing air conditioner in the second bedroom. Luckily it was...

「Being so close to the water was great. Place was a little smaller than we typically get but sufficient and was very clean. The owner was great to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. We particularly liked the shaded patio area in front.」

「Couldn't beat the view waking up in the morning with the sun coming up over the ocean!」

「Was as advertised.」
