"The staff was very friendly and the room was super clean"

"We stayed in a suite and it was old and dingy. It felt and smelled like a neglected grandma's house. The carpet was stained, the furniture was old, and the wallpaper was peeling. Beds had old springy mattresses. The utensils in the drawer were all very dirty. There was a sponge but no dish detergent or kitchen towels. Luckily we were only there for one night and already planned to eat out. The only positive was the shower - hot, good water pressure and modern shower head. Would not return."

It’s February and the freezing single digit temps didn’t work for us to use the balconies but we really enjoyed staying here just the same. We want to come back again in the warmer weather. "
