「The house is a work in progress as you can see all the advancements made to modernize it. It was beautiful, fresh, open and wonderful. It suited our needs perfectly! Hot tub a perk and walking distance to pier!Only recommendation is that the drain in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t keep up with the amount of water, so within 5 minutes water is rolling out to the bathroom floor! We just took a quick shower, put a towel down!」

「While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. 」

(I suggested this should be in the book that was left.) Also, two different days for trash pick-up were listed, which was confusing. One closet door was off its track and fell off onto my sister while she was trying to move it. Other than that, it was very nice and we would recommend it.」
