I stayed there in both July and August. I was very happy with the everything, both heated indoor and outdoor pools. The condo was well equipped, loved having a stove, microwave, and Keurig. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. Staff were very friendly and the place was quite clean.

The property was beautiful and in a great location in wells. The resort is nearby the beach and shops. The room we stayed in lacked air conditioning in the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the main floor had no a/c in the bedroom. There was a portable a/c in the bedroom upstairs that was as loud as a vacuum cleaner. For that reason I would not return for another stay unless there was another unit with central air. Otherwise the kids loved the pools and fire pits.

The location is centrally located, it’s between Wells beach and Wells harbor. There are excellent restaurants nearby that offer great seafood dishes, as well as international options. I95 is easily accessible, Portland is an easy drive, as well as Cape Elizabeth.
