New build. 3 bedroom Townhouse walking distance to York Beaches.
10/10 Excellent
"The duplex is well located, clean, and new. Had everything we needed, the Cornhole, beach towels and chairs were appreciated! I will say the only downside is that the description of three bedrooms and three bathrooms is true, but not as I expected. There are three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom to share. No en-suite bathroom. The second full bath is on the first floor which is convenient if you are using the king-sized pullout sofa. The third full bathroom is downstairs in the basement and has a cement floor. Kind of a weird layout, but all in great working order and clean. Lots of steps, so that is a consideration if you have older guests. Overall a nice place and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Staying at Cutty Sark is dreamy. To hear the ocean waves as you fall asleep, who can ask for more. It’s the perfect location, near Nubble light, walking distance to town center and many delicious seafood restaurants nearby. We’ll certainly return."

"Rooms are small but clean. I would suggest removing the big plant so there is more room. Coffee was supposed to be ready at 8:00am but wasn't out until 9:00am. The hotel is right across from Long Sands and can be seen from the room. I would stay there again. There is coffee sold at the general store which is a very short walk."

"Not my first time staying here but the longest time staying here. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and organized and the location convenience to everything can’t be beaten. For anyone not familiar it’s not easy getting a spot in the area so it’s a huge advantage and savings"
