「we absolutely LOVED this place! we were only in maine for two nights, and being unfamiliar with the area i was only going off on online reviews to book, but we got lucky with this place.
we were warmly greeted by the innkeepers, bill and michael, and their perfect 18lb dachshund, BENTLEY! they provided local recommendations as well as contact information for a beach shuttle, and parking lots at the beach that would likely be less crowded [they were correct!]

「The accommodation is located in a charming historic building in a great vibrant village-like town. The interior space has a mid mod vibe, and is spacious, and easy to use. Had a nice dinner, as recommended, a nice walk to the waterfront and a nice ice cream. Pretty perfect! 」

「This property has a calm and relaxing feel to it. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. At check- in we were even offered champagne. They have these nice little wagons that have beach chairs, towels, and a cooler to go to the beach. Breakfast was decent and the location is perfect. I will definitely stay at th Haven by the sea again.」
