Booked this room for vacation with grandchildren based on heated pool and hot tub. Called the night before to verify all was good with regards to the pool and hot tub. Was assured everything was good. Arrived to find hot tub was broken. Pool was VERY dirty with hair everywhere. In addition, hotel was surrounded 360 degrees by construction. Literally an island in the center of construction . We stayed one night since check in was at 3 . Could not feel comfortable AT ALL with all these factors for a “vacation” Checked out the next morning and went to different hotel, very disappointed for young children..

We had a great one night stay. About 8 minutes from the Kittery Outlets. There was no construction done during our stay as it was the weekend so no noise issues. The hotel was very clean and my daughter enjoyed the pool. They had a cute Christmas present wrapping table if you wanted to wrap a gift. Breakfast had some good choices as well.
