We had a medical emergency on the morning we were to check out and when we came back 45 minutes before 11 our cards didn't work so we had to go back to the lobby. "The AC in our assigned room was nonfunctional during a heat wave. The staff agreed it was not working and immediately moved us to the room next door (a larger room at no additional charge). We were very happy with the quick response, location is very close to event venues like Jimmy’s and restaurants. On-site parking was a big benefit. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options from bakery goods, fruit, cereals, and yogurt for example. Enjoyed our stay."
