「We booked a room with two queen beds and they called us the same day to upgrade us to a “King Suite”, which only had 1 bed. That makes no sense. The woman at check in virtually said nothing. Never told us when breakfast was, where the pool was, when check out was. The water in the pool was absolutely not 82° like the staff insisted. The room was clean and complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to the outlets.」

「Love that the room had an apt size fridge and tiny kitchen. Made meal planning easy for the few days we were there. Hotel is clean and conveniently located. 」

「The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only two issues I had were minor. The dryer in the guess laundry room was horribly loud and the pool was a little on the chilly side.」

「喫煙の上司との出張で、訪問先からの紹介もありこちらで宿泊。ドーバー自体大きな町ではないのですが、ホテル自体は清潔に保たれており、雰囲気は良かったです。たまたま夕方5時頃からおよそ1時間30分ほど停電しましたが、係りの方が折り曲げて発光させる10cm程のセーフティーライトを階段や廊下に並べ、配っていました。自分は丁度仮眠中だったため、連絡が取れず心配した上司が、スタッフと共に部屋をノックして起こされましたが、停電には慣れているようで、対応も良かったとのこと。夕食は15分ほどかけてNewick'sまで行きでっかいロブスター2匹をそれだけで良いの？って値段で食べてきました。」
