"Great location, clean accommodations. We were there during an extremely cold time and the heat didn't exactly keep up, but we understand that. Perhaps tell guests to bring their own drinking water bc the water smells awful and it's probably from a well. Just set expectations and all will be right! Also, please provide a map to the bear bin. We felt like we were using a neighbor's bin. "

"Great, quiet, safe location with a lake view and near to local attractions. The condo felt very homey with comfy couches, chairs, and board games. The AC kept the rooms very comfortable in the hot summer week and the wifi with Roku TV kept us connected and entertained in the evenings.The kids loved the access to the lake beach and the comfy beds. My wife and I loved the clean accommodations, comfy bed, ample space upstairs and downstairs, and the stocked kitchen. We did not get to hang out on the patio or use the grill but it was a great space we wished we could use.We can't wait to go back to Guilford in the winter and again next summer. We will be looking to rent this space out again! "
