"Room was clean, Staff had this service as the Staff were pleasant but did not have a clue of any questions we asked. Front desk was very inexperienced and not very well informed of the area. Website deceiving stating the beach was
0.3 of a mile away. It was more like a 15/20 walk to get to a convenient safe portion of the beach without climbing over a zillion huge (extremely dangerous) rocks to get to the water. Pool was nice, but website mentioned an outdoor pool bar. The bar was nowhere near to be opened. Our balcony was the only balcony with dirty, horribly dangerous chairs to get in and out of. Stairs going to and from 3rd floor has major spider webs and mold on the stairs. This property should never should have been open the customers. We booked a 2 night stay and were asked for the 2 night resort fee, but our room keys logged us in for a one night stay. Had to go to the office after walking up 3 flights of stairs. Came back to an unclean room as well. "
