"We were a little upset to find our room (Room 517) had been cleaned on Saturday, 5/16/26, and the door was left unlocked and slightly opened. We reported it the Reception Desk twice. We would return to that location in the future."

"Lobby and room was clean, check in was timely and efficient. Location is convenient. The room required some maintenance, however . The shower did not drain well. Unfortunately on the 3rd night of the stay I was awakened by the sound of running water- it was dripping down from the ceiling around the sprinkler system head and through the light fixture over the bathroom sink-, a plumbing issue from above. Resolved with a call to the front desk, but it was as an unfortunate awakening. I left that morning or would have switched rooms due to wet carpet. Staff was apologetic."

"Gross, absolutely disgusting. Filthy in every aspect. Losers smoking and drinking in the parking lot all day and night. Entire hotel smells horrible. Do not stay here."

"I think it’s a nice hotel but mainly for seniors and it’s kinda overpriced for the city and location. "

"Pros - Great location to anything in the area. Staff was very good and the nice lady named Anna was the best time having breakfast. Cons - The room as soon as we walked in. The the smell that hit our nose was like no one has stayed in that room in a while. There was a area rug by the bed that has seen it's last days and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Say the same thing for the mattress, hard sleeping on it. The room was small and the bathroom was the smallest one we ever stayed at anywhere, no room what so ever. To top it off, the people staying there was as loud as can be. There was a group of mens partying through the night. That being said, we can't give a great score on us being there.There is our first time giving a negative review. "
