「Everything was clean except for the floors. They were dark; when we spilled something the cloth we wiped with came back black. The host has really "poor boyed" everything...the towels were threadbare, wash cloths had threads hanging off of them. The sheets were cheap with rubber cover on mattress, similar to what you would put on a crib; the sheets would not stay on the bed due to this cover. The futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, if next to impossible to get up off...the springs...

「We had a terrible stay at the Alouette resort. The room was run down, walls were thin, shower never got hot after 30min. Sheets and pillows smelled like they were not laundered. Reviews said free breakfast we were never offered and had to pay for Luke warm weak coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was very dismissive about the shower water, giving all kinds of excuses instead of apologizing for it. The woman who checked us in was very nice tho. Photos on Expedia are misleading only showing...

「The apartment was nice however it had an oder of old cigarette smoke that lingered and the stairwell/ hallway was in need of cleaning and updating We enjoyed the outside area that had a small firepit and chairs The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes There is a small convenience store extremely close by which was helpful 」

「This building is very close to the road. Noisy. We had a first floor room. When upstairs people walked around the floors creaked. No instructions for TV and heat. Had to call for wifi password. 「Listing states 10 can stay. That would be very tight. The kitchen is very small and only 4 could really fit in it. The apartment had a foul smell throughout the stay. The upstairs tenants were extremely loud. We were woken up at 7:00 AM by someone running throughout the upstairs apt. for 3 hours!! The positive-it seemed clean, it was fairly close to the beach.」
