「Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...

「The house was exactly what we needed for a few days in Portland. Restaurants and a small store were walking distance. The backyard had a relaxing small “pond” and the house was furnished well. No local cable on the TV so we logged into an app for the World Cup games. We were lucky enough to meet Gill and he was very nice. We would rent the house again if we return to Portland.」
