It was perfect for my four people family. The pool was awesome and warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to the host for keeping such a well-maintained room. We had so much fun."

"It was a well-maintained property, although the last night we were there the hot tub wasn't hot and it had been wonderful previously. Their towels are lousy, but other than that, it was very enjoyable. The room had a table and 2 chairs and outside the door there were 2 chairs and an end table. The bed was great, but I did have a problem getting up there - it's very high up and I'm short. The shower was GREAT! You can adjust the pressure. If you want sun in the AM or PM, ask for one or the other. We had sun in the AM and it was nice sitting outside drinking our coffee. There's a BBQ area with picnic tables in the back. It IS very close to the railroad tracks, which wasn't too bothersome, but a little annoying. Close and walkable to restaurants, bars and the little carnival they have. The beach is just across the street and down a dead-end road. Like a block away. It was nice and I would recommend it."

"Loved our stay at the Sea Cliff House Motel. We got on the road late and had to call to arrange a late check-in which was very easy thanks to the outstanding young front desk staff who was articulate and very helpful. Great location with only steps to the beach, and short walk from the Pier. Will definitely stay here again! "

"The charm of this location is that it was further down the beach area than the crowds at the Pier, and the exterior grounds are well-maintained with a view towards the ocean off of the balcony. The rooms are very dated, and the bathroom and shower (no tub) are in a closet-sized space. While the "living room" area is nice if you need the sleeper sofa, that space could have been smaller to allow for the basic bathroom space one expects in a room. Everyone uses the bathroom, not everyone needs a pullout sofa. The price was reasonable given it was Summer season. In hindsight, I should have paid an additional $30 per night to have stayed in a place closer to the Pier that I knew were more updated."
