「Cottage was clean, cute, and the property location was excellent. Steps away from sandy Hill beach and large outdoor space back at the cottage. Owner was a great communicator and was available to answer any questions. We were happy to be able to bring both our small dogs with us. Would rent here again.」

「So much potential in this Diamond in the rough. As a lover of old homes, the bones are great, but needs a lot of TLC. Furniture stained/ worn and outdoor furniture rusted and dysfunctional / towels smell like washer needs to be cleaned but location , Suzanne, the screened porches all divine:-) Kitchen is well stocked with pans/ pots and appointed with odds and ends like a college dorm thrift store. For 830 for three nights, maybe splurge on a really nice couch cover and nice chairs:-) 」

「I absolutely loved staying at Sarah's cottage! It perfectly embodies quintessential coastal Maine style, with gorgeous views, breathtaking sunsets, and the beach right across the street. You can even hear the soothing sound of the ocean at night! I had never been to Biddeford Pool before, and I’m so happy I found this listing. I fell in love with both the town and this charming home. Sarah was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. I definitely plan on returning!」

「The house is amazing and perfect for a larger group. The location is amazing and just a short walk from Fortune's Rock Beach. Every single bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean.The only reason I'm not leaving a five-star review is because we had a huge dog tick problem while we were staying in the house.
