"The room was very nice as was the staff. We arrived preseason and the hotel had only been open a week so there was still some things that needed touching up i.e. still air in water pipes, hot water slow to come out, banister and railing on room deck wasn't sturdy and roof over deck needed a good power washing and chairs on deck needed repai or replace. Overall a nice stay and I would stay again."

So there was about half an inch gap around the entire frame that let in light all night (very bright) because they leave every single light in the hallway on ALL night. "I felt that calling this hotel a resort property was a joke. For 2 days linens sat in a tote no lid outside our room that were supposedly clean but really?? The railing ng down the stairs was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves with a bath towel only one side of the kitchen faucet worked and loose shower head cracked tiles too person that checked us into hotel seemed unsure of his job and was unable to help us move to a ground level room since no elevators here the pictures on their website made this property look much better than it actually was No one ever changed our sheets so had sand in our sheets for 3 days as hello we are at the beach Also ice machine in an entire other building No microwave which was promised had to ask for an iron they brought it but ano iron board In general this place was so disappointing to all of us and I have traveled for work for over 27 years this has to be the biggest letdown ever Only plus I could say was mattress was good and chair was good that’s it "

"The staff and grounds were great however you could tell it was off season. When we arrived at our cabin the only thing plugged in/on was the fridge. We had to turn the water on and re assemble the fans. The only real main issue was the water itself. At first it took a while to get hot and on our last morning there there was no hot water at all which made showers and washing up dishes unable to be done."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was a perfect location for our needs during this visit. While we did not end up bring our pets, the owner was open to it and provided essentials such as pet bowls. The cottage was cozy but well appointed. The kitchen had more than adequate dishes and utensils as well as a small selection of spices, storage bags/containers, etc. The bathroom was outfitted with essentials and the inclusion of laundry was well appreciated and not typical for the size of the space. The host kept in regular touch throughout our stay to address any needs and provide reminders about trash removal, etc. "
