「Great stay clean comfortable room」

「The staff themselves are extremely nice however the constant slamming of doors and stomping on the stairs kept us awake. Woke up to the police doing a drug bust on the backside of our room. Other guests is what ruined this hotel experience for us. Thank god we stayed only one night but it definitely was upsetting that we didn’t get rest prior to our departure days adventures.」

「Very nice accommodations and great hot breakfast. Housekeeping in breakfast clean up was a bit rude when it was time for her to clean. We had a table by ourselves playing cards and she said we had to move so she could mop but then she just drug the mop over the floor and didn’t even mop where we were. Overall very nice stay」

「I was given short notice to find a hotel for a two night stay in August for my family of six. I knew nothing about this hotel but took a chance as reservations this time of year are hard to find at short notice. I was very pleased that this hotel was as nice as their picture on the web. The hotel staff was very accommodating and was able to give us two rooms next to each other. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. 「The soap and shampoo was empty in the shower」

「This was our first visit to the Anchorage by the Sea and it won’t be our last. We especially loved the location being on the Marginal Way, which we walked twice. The hotel is very clean and well maintained by a considerate & welcoming staff. The grounds are beautiful! We enjoyed the lovely outdoor gas fireplaces & lots of seating to look at the incredible ocean views. The hotel was highly recommended to us by friends and it did not disappoint.」

「Nice hotel. Great location」

「Clean, fresh scents even the linens.」

「When it came time to use the shower, I realized there was no shower curtain at all. Sure, I could have called housekeeping and asked for it but I spent $150 for the night and lost my patience for that. I told front desk when I check out- got a sorry & and smile, but no suggestion on some reimbursement for the inconvenience.」

「Nice place. Room had been refurbished with a divider between the beds and a nice kitchenette. Most importantly, there were NO chemical odors in the room or hallways.」

「Loved our stay here. We came up to for a Halloween weekend in New England and were pleasantly surprised with a greatly decorated hotel. It added so much fun to the stay, the room was also very clean and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was a great perk! Would definitely recommend this hotel as the staff/rooms were accommodating and it is easily accessible to points in New England!」
