「Pool was not heated at all laundry rooms should be cleaned 」

「I will preface my review with the fact that we never actually checked in, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the property and j am an honest person. However I’d like to leave a review for the calllus and cold hearted property manager so that all potential customers are aware. On 4/24 at 1:30pm, I decided to book a last minute getaway for the next day 4/25. That morning I woke up to my infant son violently ill and having to take him to the hospital. 「We have stayed there before and will always return to that hotel. It’s so close to the beach and downtown」

「HOT WATER!!!! Turned on the water for the shower, never got warm or hot, was cold. Called the front desk, on hold for 6 minutes, called back on hold for while again then hung up on. Called back and was told our room is far away from the boiler and it takes a while for the water to warm up!! Pretty amazing huh」

「I give this motel a full 5-star rating. Everything was spotless from the moment we arrived the room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. You can tell the place is well managed and that attention to detail really matters. The staff also deserve a special mention polite, courteous, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!」
