Great place to stay right in the heart of downtown Ogunquit! It's within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the beach, and the Marginal Way coastal walk. The main building is well kept, with gorgeous views and a fantastic breakfast. We loved that there were plenty of lawn chairs to sit outside, eat, and relax while taking in the scenery. Staff was friendly and check-in was seamless. We celebrated our three-year anniversary here and highly recommend it for its unbeatable location and convenience—perfect for taking in everything Ogunquit has to offer!

Beautiful spot. Our room was pretty basic. May have been nicer if we wanted to pay more. It was, however clean and comfortable. The grounds and shared spaces were fantastic. Overlooking the ocean was amazing as we sat on their porch enjoying a glass of wine and playing a game.

The staff was amazing! Not only were they welcoming and friendly, and all the things you want in a hotel, they helped out in other ways - they helped me find a store where I could get a flashlight for a hike, for example, and did so with a smile - it's wonderful when you have an unusual request like this and the staff steps up to help out! I plan to come back next year, and will be booking here again!

Clean rooms, beautiful property, lovely view of ocean and was pleasantly surprised how quiet the rooms were. Never heard any other guests even though it was full. I really liked that a specific parking space went with the room. Would definitely return!

Location is just amazing. Sit in adirondack chairs and watch the tide roll in and out or watch sunrise. Having breakfast overlooking the beach was a great way to start each day. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the location is perfect for those who like to be able to walk to the downtown area of Ogunquit for food, shopping and entertainment (don't miss the "Front Porch" piano bar) or to walk Marginal Way or the beach. Can't say enough about our stay and hope to visit again!

Not a fancy, fussy place, but sweet and elegantly comfortable and welcoming. The location was kind of perfect. A wonderful feature was the lawn with nice chairs to just sit and watch the ocean.

Terrace by the Sea is in a great location! Right in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping. The room was a little dated but the bed was very comfortable and the room met our needs. Although the beach is visible from some of the property, it's actually about a 5minute walk down Beach St. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it looks like it is accessible right from the Inn. All in all, we had a great 1 night stay. We were very pleased with the location!

This was a really amazing find. Really close to the downtown and beach. Breakfast does not have meat options, but has amazing options. Free coffee and tea in the lobby all day. View is incredible. You have a reserved parking space. The only negative was on me for not double checking the messages earlier. Apparently we had not objected to a handicap room. There were other rooms that seemed available during our stay, but we had to keep that room. The shower absolutely flooded the entire bathroom each time we took a shower and I kept tripping on the wheelchair ramp to the door. Very beautiful view with chairs on the back lawn.

The property is wonderful. It's a short walk to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Our room was very clean and we loved the breakfast and sitting out on Adirondack chairs on their lawn.
