Well located basic hotel

Basic hotel, fine for one-night stay. Location was perfect for us. We walked to the center of town and also to dinner. The Lobster Pound is practically next door.

Great value hotel in a convenient and walkable location. Rooms are basic, but neat and clean. Nice clean pool is a plus. We have stayed here a couple of times, and I won't hesitate to come back.

Overall Would Absolutely Stay Again

Ice Bucket & Coffee Pot were still full from previous visitor but otherwise room was clean. Pool was perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed for one night for a spontaneous girls night with my kids and it was just the ticket.

At least it’s close to town

Pros are that it is close to town and you can walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. However, it is dated and we had a few issues with cleanliness. The staff was friendly and tried to compensate, but old rotting bath mats can’t be cleaned enough to make you feel good. It’s definitely a budget stay option.
