「The property is just okay. The owners have modernized the interior, but have overlooked some important details. The dryer door needs to be flipped. That’s a simple 2-minute task. I got hit in the head multiple times taking stuff out of the washer and putting it in the dryer. Depending on height it could cause a serious injury. The towels are nice and fluffy, but the water never got hot and the shower head didn’t have enough pressure. The house needs a deeper cleaning in between stays. We found...

「This little space provided me a short term home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is wonderful if you are looking to be able to cook meals in your rental. I enjoyed the little fireplace at night, which made it cozy and comforting. The location is great if you love antiquing in Wells, and is in proximity to the main shopping areas, nature trails and local restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to visit Wells.」

「We stayed one night basically just to sleep so it was sufficient for us. Definitely very small and old and could use some updates. Our room was on the second floor and the steps were very steep so would not be good for anyone older. The room was clean and neat and had the basic necessities. 」
