Newly renovated and furnished large apartment in Saco, 8 min to Old Orchard Beach and 20 min drive to Portland. The apartment has:

Unit is close to local bars, restaurants, beaches and other summer attractions. 1) Check-In is at 4 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Lessor. 2) Check-Out is at 11 am, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Lessor. 3) Guest is responsible for everyone in their group and their treatment of the property. 4) Gatherings exceeding the maximum number of occupants must be approved by Lessor. 5) Guests shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants staying overnight. 6) Quiet Hours are: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. 7) Smoking, Vaping, E-cigarettes, or any product of this nature is NOT permitted inside the property. 8) Guests shall not perform any unlawful activities defined by local, state and federal government authorities. 9) Tampering with Smoke/CO2 detectors, fire extinguishers, locks and other safety devices are subject to a penalty fee of $100 per device. 10) Tampering with the Internet router, WIFI, TV Settings, Thermostats, A/V equipment are not allowed and will be responsible for damages. 11) Guests will use common sense when operating any and all appliances as they were intended for by the manufacturer. 12) Guests agree not to place non-approved substances into any drain lines; such as cooking grease, sanitary napkins, diapers, children's toys or other similar objects that may cause a stoppage. Guests shall be responsible for all costs related to the repair of any plumbing system stoppages caused by negligence, accidental or purposeful. 13) I've read and understood the cancellation policy, which also applies to requests by shortening the length of stay during the reservation. I may purchase travel insurance separately to protect myself from any unforeseen circumstances. 14) An additional cleaning fee may be applied if deemed necessary by Lessor. 15) I will also use the House Manual as reference to the rules and guidelines and acknowledge they are not limited to this agreement and other restrictions and fees may apply. 16) For any reason there is a safety concern or incident; fire, running water, personal injury, damage to the property, if Emergency 911 services are requested, I will notify the Lessor as soon as possible. 17) Guest agrees to not perform any maintenance of the property and will contact the Lessor or property manager with any requests. 18) Guest agrees to not move any furnishing in the apartment during their stay. 19) Guest agrees to not move any art or decorations in the apartment, or add any art or decoration to the apartment. 20) Guest agrees to leave entry ways clear of personal items for the safety of all quest on the apartment building. 21) Guest agrees that the yard and driveway are considered common spaces and must treat all guests with respect. 22) Guest agrees that the hot tub room is considered a shared space, is separate from their private rental unit and guest understands that it is utilized by other guests during the time of their stay. Being communicative and courteous with other quests and being respectful while using this space is important. Guests will clean up any trash, or personal items upon leaving the hot tub room. Bathing suits must be worn at all tiem sin the hot tub and in the sunporch where it is located. Please don’t add water to the hot tub, but instead request maintenance by the Lessor or property manager.
