「Room was spacious and clean. Location was good.」

「The staff was helpful at check in and with giving us a first floor room. The ac/heat was very noisy, as was the bathroom fan, plus it was missing a cover over the light. What I really had an issue with was the power going out in town and zero support from anyone from the hotel. There was no one in the office and no one came back, and Our phone calls to the office were of no help. We had to try and call family back home to get numbers for local power to see what was going on. Our phone reception...

「Definitely a throwback in time! First, the room was very clean, check-in was easy, and the price was great. But the whole feel was definitely outdated. The room itself just felt very old. No USB ports that worked, so definitely bring adapters! It's been a long time since I was given an actual key on a key ring to open the door. And it jammed every time. We were there for 3 nights, but didn't see any housekeeping. I know many places only do every other day, but this wasn't even that. If...

「What a find!!!! Especially in a town/region where prices are double and triple the rates at Carriage House. The owners and staff could not have been more accommodating, kind and helpful. The property is incredibly clean and well maintained and charming - and pet friendly! You can choose a cottage, 1br, 2 or more or sweet motel rooms with actual real Mr Coffee's, not those awful single pod weird hotel coffee makers; fridge, microwave, renovated bathroom and impeccably clean -- all, as I say, for...

「Room met our needs. Great onsite parking. Near plenty of of restaurants. WiFi did not work well. Overall would recommend.」

「Great hotel right on the ocean. Perfect fit for still taking the whole family too.」

「Lots of character. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. It’s a quaint old home that even has a resident ghost! Cons restaurant closed for a private event, poor water pressure, hot water can take up to 8 minutes to get to your room, front room was noisy from street noises at times, lots of stairs Overall was a nice place, would recommend to others.」

「The hotel is in terrible condition. The lamp switches don't work. They were unplugged. To turn a light on one had to crawl under a table or desk to plug the lamp in and repeat the process to turn the light off. The electric receptacles were coming out of the wall (electrical wires exposed) which indicated the lamp situation had been ongoing for quite a while. The TV remote had scotch tape holding the batteries in because the back was missing. As the aged taped loosened the remote would not...

「Exactly as described.」
