「What a gem right next to Wrigleyville Stadium! I had an emergency and needed somewhere to stay for two nights while my son was in the hospital. This was the perfect accommodation walkable to where I needed to go. Clean community townhome with lock off rooms, community kitchen and living room room – very lovely environment and excellent location. Walkable to many restaurants.」

「The service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay overall and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Chicago.」

「When I checked in, the front staff had a very nice attitude. The room was also great — stylish, clean, and comfortable. But one thing: at check-out, the staff seemed a bit distracted and things didn’t go smoothly. Maybe it was very early in the morning.」

「Apparently, housekeeping in hotel rooms is scheduled every other day, but this wasn’t mentioned in the hotel information, nor was it explained to me at check-in. On a day when housekeeping didn’t come, I ran out of toilet paper, so I asked them to just restock that and change the towels. While I was out, they placed the toilet paper and towels directly in the space where I keep my bag, as if to say, “This should do it, right?”」
