Host was extremely responsive and very helpful. They are not located on-site, but provide phone numbers, emails, and other ways to contact them. They responded very quickly in most cases. 「Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location.
