"This hotel is tucked away on a beautiful tree lined street in Old Town, a neighborhood very close to shopping & transportation. I was able to walk with my bags from the redline without any issues. There is a cute little bar on the premises and a nice airy lobby to congregate in. A charming boutique hotel that was clean and refreshed, with a sense of historical value. "

"We had some terrible luck with the hotels we booked on this trip - the first one was out of hot water, and the second one we couldn't even check into because there was no front desk staff and they tried to charge us an additional $130 on arrival thru text. We quickly booked the Willows Hotel at the last minute, and it was a night and day difference. The concierge was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us get checked in fast and easily. The staff was friendly and the rooms had a lot of space. We were traveling with 2 young children so this was key - they loved it and want to come back to stay. We will definitely stay there again!"
