「This is the best location for our family which is why we stay here every time we go to Chicago! We love all of the restaurants and dining near by and it's just a block or two away from Michigan Ave. We use Spot Hero to park our car in a garage on the block over which is super convenient. The bedroom has two queen size beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper. It's perfect for our family of 4. We will stay here again! 」

「The location is the best feature of this property. The upstairs neighbors were so loud it sounded like they were in our room. Parking was not possible for us so we paid 18 per day to park at the train station. The listing says there are available tandem spots but there were cars parked in a way that blocked the spots (see photo). You would have to have a very small car or make a multi-point turn to get in or out, with the risk of being blocked in. The property manager communicated well until I...
