I’m a very picky person when it comes to cleaning, and I’m glad everything was spotless. The communication was GREAT, the location was perfect. The apartment is very spacious. I have NO complaints. 「Nate was an extremely accommodating host, and his apartment has everything you need for your stay. Location is 10 minutes from downtown and if you have a car, the parking spot in the back made it very convenient. Would highly recommend Nate’s apartment to anyone! 」

「We found a used razer that was left in the shower and also some dishes that didn't look like they were washed. Other than those couple of things it was clean and an extremely nice stay. We went for a concert at the wrigley stadium and were able to listen to them rehearse the day before. The walk was just across the road and we were able to walk and pick up groceries from whole foods.」

「It was great to have an option for the garage space for parking. Spacious apartment in a convenient location near Wrigley Field. Well equipped kitchen, great living room. A workstation for hooking up a laptop to work comfortably. We will definitely stay here again!」

「The property was great. Clean, charming, and full of accommodations. Check in/out was really simple if you need a quick place to crash, but has everything you need for a longer stay. The best part was the communication with the host though. Very easy to get in touch with, very detailed in answering questions, and was understanding when discussing damage found from a previous guest. Overall would stay again. 」

"フロントデスクがフロントらしくなく、チェックインの際「フロントはどこか？」と聞いたら「ここだ」と言われて驚いた。部屋は狭いながらも清潔だが、洗面所の排水が著しく悪かった。エレベーターは2台しかないが、特に待つこともなく、混雑で乗れないということはなかった。goldメンバーに提供されるはずのservice は、$25相当のresort優待特典を含めて何も提供されなかった。3泊したが、水の補充も1日だけなかった。周辺のホテルの相場よりもだいぶ安く泊まれたので、過度に期待しなければいいホテルだと思う。"
