「The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared.」

「The property was amazing, they provided us with lots of supplies and the place was super clean. It didn't feel cramped at all with 6 people and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Only issue was parking sometimes and that's because we got home pretty late but we could easily find parking around the neighborhood only a 3 min walk away! Owners helped us check-in too!」

「The home was perfect for us (except the beds were kind of small for tall men) but we made it work. This was my first visit to Chicago so I don’t know much about the different areas of town but the neighborhood seemed like a nice place to stay, it was very quiet and clean. 「Me and my friends absolutely loved the place, the rooms were very neat and tidy, the bathroom stocked with some cute amenities, the couch and chairs were very soft (my friend rlly wanted me to mention that LOL) and i was top bunk, beds are so comfy, the one tiny tiny thing is the bath is a bit confusing and the faucet was on when we got there and we couldn’t get it to stop, but that’s not much i would totally stay again」

「We stayed here for family weekend at Northwestern. It was clean, bright, well-maintained and spacious. So much better than one hotel room for the same price. Parking was easily available. Dimitri was very responsive and even got us non-feather bedding after he found out we were all severely allergic. I would stay here again.」

「The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and...

「Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs.」
