Speaking of the staff, Alyssa was OUTSTANDING and made our stay an incredible one. She was amazing, friendly and very helpful. She even helped us get access to a steamer. 「It is a little bit far away from Chicago down town but the room was clean and convenient if you have a long stay because they have free breakfast and laundry, fitness center and so on and so forth. 」
