A few branches were down in backyard, furniture wasn't set out yet such as outdoor dining table and chairs or gazebo, but overall property was in good condition. "The unit was clean an orderly, however, the old carpet leaves an old mold ordor. I went to a store to purchase Febreze and Air Wick Plug Ins to mask the smell of carpet ordor. The bed linen and towels left a feeling of particialy clean due to the smell of detergent of choice used to clean bed linen and towels. In fact I use Febreze to spray down bed linen and I was unable to wash my face & body with towels and found myself washing towels prior to use, due to I could smell the use of towels of...

"The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The downstairs area was the perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed the multiple options for sitting and watching the river (enclosed back porch, or back yard). Good birding, too. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walking across the nearby bridge to the greenway trail on the other side of the river. We hope to stay again next time we visit the area!"

"We really loved our stay at this house with group of our friends. This place was just perfect, newly renovated and exactly looked like it is in pictures. The house has everything needed from games in basement to the cozy beds to rest at night. Host was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home. Recommended nearby places to explore and we had a great getaway overall. I would stay here again when in town. 10/10!!"

"This duplex was perfect for my three sons and myself. We stayed five days to attend one of my son’s Navy Graduation! House was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed, was a nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors? Close to everywhere we needed to go. Only suggestion would be to have the owners secure the rugs, they are very slippery. "
