「The first room was dirty, linen had stains and mattresses were disgusting with stains on it. The second room was equally disgusting the bathroom smelled over urine. And the mattresses had remnant of bedbugs around the head if the mattress and the second bed had」

「The room was dirty, the shower water was cold, and I paid for early check-in but was not able to check in at the time I was promised. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, especially given that I paid extra for a service that was not properly honored. Cleanliness, communication, and basic room comfort all need improvement」

「地下鉄レッドラインの駅からもほど近く、良いホテルだと思います。歴史を感じる建物で、一回のロビーは素晴らしいです。バーでのウェルカムドリンクが付いているクーポンに気が付かず、有償で飲んでしまいました。また朝食のクーポンは、朝になって気が付き朝食をいただきました。ただ店員・料理が全然追い付いておらず、空いた料理が続きました。またドリンクもグラスやカップが追い付かず待たされました。部屋については満足です。そこそこ広い部屋で、デスクが広くて使いやすい。景色は望めませんでしたが、快適でした。」

「Location is okay but the place was terribly dirty: dirty and sticky floor, dust in the bed, sticky stains in the table, and super smelly perfume they use on the bedding and curtains. Not worth the price.」
