"Everything is great but the room door is not sealed properly so noises from hallway can be heard from the room."

"I booked a reservation in February 2026. I was to pay at the property however the day of my arrival, I received an email that my hotel room was canceled. I spoke to three different people regarding my reservation. I also let them know I had a friend traveling from another state who was to be checking . I was told they were sorry and no one at Expedia bothered to contact me if there was any type of issue. I was able to find another hotel that was extremely accommodating and empathetic to this unfortunate and unprofessional experience."

"Clean room with all basic amenities and good staff. Coffee is available 24/7. Close to the CTA bus which can take to to the good spots within 10-20mins. Breakfast was standard as all other Sonesta hotels have everyday. Can improve in variety. Also the staff provided the wrong time for the Friday breakfast resulting us to miss it on our first day."

"The Holiday Inn Voco at Wolf Point continues to exceed expectations! Warm, welcoming staff, spotless rooms and outstanding service by housekeeping! I call it my home away from home and I stay there frequently when visiting our children! Spectacular views, inviting atmosphere and stay second to none! Special shout out to Alejandro at the breakfast buffet! He was exceptionally kind to me and our family! This hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Chicago!
