We've stayed here several times and it's always a great experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms are very nice. The restaurant that is attached has really good food and drinks. I highly recommend The Viceroy.

The Viceroy in Chicago was one of my favorite hotels this year. The staff is beyond friendly and we were made to feel so welcome from check-in and throughout our trip. The rooftop bar has an incredible view of the city and is a great place to grab drinks and lite bites. The bar downstairs in the lobby is great for people watching and is also yummy. You cannot beat the location. Super close to the best shopping and some fun bars and restaurants. I cannot wait to visit Chicago and stay here again.
