"Positives: The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Negatives: Unfortunately, my experience had a few issues. I didn’t receive the suite I had booked for the first night and had to switch rooms the next day, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom also had a persistent unpleasant smell during my stay. Additionally, I noticed that the room charges were higher than my original booking price. While the staff corrected it after I raised the concern, it’s not ideal—especially for guests who opt for express checkout and may not notice the discrepancy."

"I got the club suite and everything was beautiful and perfect. It was very clean and the walk in closet was awesome. "

Only complaint MIGHT be (nitpicking) the location being outside the downtown area instead of being central. But it was fairly quiet and still an enjoyable stay."
