The shower drain in our room ran extremely slow, causing water to pool in the tub, also the walls in the shower needed to be wiped down better. The temperature of the hotel pool was very cold. The water was also very cloudy, not sure if the chemicals were off. "

"We had a nice view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. However, our check in was at 4 PM and we did not get into our room until 6 PM. We arrived shortly before 5 PM to check in. We waited in line for 20 minutes just to check in. When we finally got to the desk, we were informed that our room was not ready. There were 10 people ahead of us who also did not have a room and they could not tell us a time as to when our room would be ready. We waited in the lobby for probably 30 minutes, which was not terrible considering they couldn’t give us a timeframe. The concierge was rude about the situation and not accommodating. The least they could have done was comped us for the time we waited. Very busy hotel. Lobby always full of people. Our room was fine, average. "
