Location was fantastic for a first-time trip to Chicago. Room was very spacious. Staff gave us an early check-in which was much appreciated. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right nearby. Didn’t partake of the bar, restaurant or gym during our stay.

The Royal Sonesta was perfectly located for tourists to walk to almost anywhere. It is a beautiful setting and a nicely appointed hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful and made our stay that much better! Highly recommend!
