The room was very clean and quite big. The staff I met were very helpful and efficient. Parking was expensive but the valet was very convenient and quick. I’m guessing the price is comparable to the rest of Chicago. Our stay was quite enjoyable.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Our second stay because it’s convenient to Rush doctor office and everyone here are kind and friendly. The bartender, Ruby, is thoughtful. She encouraged us to enjoy the beautiful weather outside and took us out to the patio and brought drinks to us and continued checking on us. We didn’t even know there was a patio. The beds are always comfortable and nice shower.

Easy and non hectic stay. The staff was really nice and kept our bags secure and safe before even being checked into our room. Second time staying here and loved it. The room was nice and neat, no issues. Parking we did not park there but they are friendly and accommodating. The bar was good the service was good
