Everything except the condition of the lobby and the breakfast options was excellent!! The lobby is still under construction and it definitely takes away from the ambience of the hotel. Also the “continental” breakfast was also lacking. There was no water, juice and coffee was cold. Hopefully once the construction is completed the issues will be resolved. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Very nice place to stay as it is close to the center, water way. Friendliest staff ever seen! The only disappointment: Breakfast is not really breakfast! It is more like light refreshment. When it is included in the price, it should be more than a few muffins and some croissant options plus coffee/tea. Really did not expect such a low service from a major hotel.

I booked a two-night stay at this hotel based on its excellent ratings, but I regretted every minute of it. Despite the hotel staff being friendly and knowledgeable and the room being spacious and clean, the noise issue was almost unbearable. A squeaky metal-on-metal sound from the city train turning nearby disrupted my head every few minutes. Additionally, the hotel was under construction, which further contributed to the overall vibe. While I appreciated the cleanliness and helpful staff, the constant noise made my stay far from relaxing.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was a short walk to Millennium park as well as Magnificent mile. The lobby and restaurant were under construction but looked like a great space once done.
