10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic location - so central to the river and millennium park. Hotel was really well appointed with nice attention to detail. We had a room on the 11th floor and it was so quiet - I couldn’t hear any noise or sirens which given our location was very surprising. Rooms were large with nice touches - robes, safes, a yoga mat, dumbbells and a fridge. For 2 people travelling with dietary restrictions this was so helpful - we could buy our own milk and food and store it in the fridge. Normally they are crammed with chargeable drinks etc, so this was a good add-on. Helpful as the restaurant in the hotel didn’t have gluten free bread or anything for breakfasts. Comfy beds, nice staff. Good valet service."

Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago

Club Quarters Hotel, Central Loop, Chicago

8/10 Good
"Room was fairly clean. There were some small snips of paper or a wrapper on the floor inside the closet but nothing too big of a deal. The room we reserved (coworker and myself) stated two twin beds. I was thinking these are probably full but say twin. We got checked in and up to our room which the hallway was small; the hotel was very old but in good shape. The room literally had TWIN beds. It was fine we just needed a place to lay our heads as we were gone to a conference for work both days we stayed. Bed was soft and comfortable. No fridge in room but again not a deal breaker. Shower took a while to heat up but again we were on the 8th floor and the building is old. Again not a problem. Stay was good value for the week considering we were in the loop of Chicago. Would stay again!!"
