"I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites! The customer service was phenomenal, a huge thank you to Tia and the manager for being extremely accommodating and quickly resolving any issues. I also received great service from Christian, the maintenance and housekeeping teams, and the cafe staff. My room was beautiful with an excellent view, and the location is perfect; so many attractions were within walking distance or just a short drive away. Highly recommend!"

"Rooms were basic but clean and everything we needed, the lobby was very nice with a little bar with good drinks. Located in an area with tons to do and decently priced, nice parking ramp located right next door at the Godfrey Ramp to make check in a breeze! Staff were also very nice and accommodating - had several conversations with staff looking for recommendations and every one they gave was perfect!"
