"Convenient location, staff was great, but the hotel itself needs some help. Furniture all dinged up, we had a spot on the floor that always felt damp, paint chipping, beds aren’t that comfortable. The windows shook with the wind and the trains, just old looking. No on sight food, a cafe next to them offers 10% off but it’s a bakery cafe not a full on restaurant. $500 for that room was wild!"
