The view from the room and The living room was amazing the location of the hotel was also nice it’s downtown but it’s lo key Had to wait 30 minutes before our room was ready prob the only thing that I would say was not bad but annoying being that we came driving and I was tired but they had a guest lounge where we waited so it wasn’t too

Hotel that is not well marked. Could not find how to get in the hotel for at least 30 minutes and could not reach anyone over the phone so it made the check-in experience very difficult. The room was very spacious and the view was incredible. Breakfast was very basic and they didn’t have gluten-free options for bread or cereal.

Loved the stay the property was very clean well maintained easy access to everything. We’ll visit again. The only thing that I was not happy about the pool was closed. Was really looking forward to using the pool. That is my only complaint.

Very well maintained 40th floor quiet property. 1 kitchen with pre packaged breakfast and 1 microwave, but wonderful amenities in the room for purchase. Very convenient to walk to food and transit.

The room is spacious and has an amazing view. The beds are comfortable and the free continental breakfast was unexpected but appreciated! Getting to the lobby from the underground parking garage was a little confusing, but once we figured it out, all was good. Maybe if there was a sign pointing you in the right direction, that might help?? Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

My husband & I had a deluxe king suite with an amazing view of Lake Michigan and the skyscrapers! The staff was very helpful in getting to the correct elevator from the parking garage (it's a bit tricky finding how to get to The Buckingham Hotel from the parking garage as it's on the 40th floor with it's own elevator that you have to get to from the 39th floor; however, the garage and building are very secure with 24 hour security). The views are amazing, and the chairs by the big picture window are comfy to sit in and watch all the boats and the beautiful sunrise over the Lake. The king bed was very comfy, and the grab and go breakfast was good.

The view from our suite was excellent, especially during a thunderstorm. We loved our stay. The only (very minor) downside was neither TV worked correctly. One had very low volume, the other had no picture but good volume. The location was very good, very easy walk to public transportation. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked really well. The building security was Would definitely stay here again.

We have an excellent view of Buckingham Fountain.. The registration person does not know how to give direction. We were lost and finally found the basement garage and i ask how to get to the hotel, was told just to walk around until you find the hotel??! I ask if we have to get out of the garage but did not get a definite answer... just annoying... The hotel sign is too tiny to see.

Room was very quiet with a nice view of Lake Michigan. Continental breakfast had several items. Stuff was very helpful. The only negative thing was that the TV ran on apps so you had to make sure you knew your login for your Internet TV provider.

Great room with wonderful views of the city from the 40th floor. Excellent water pressure & really nice Beekman 1802 toiletries. Staff were all very friendly. 10 min or less walk to the Amtrak station & even closer to all the downtown landmarks.

Our stay at the Buckingham was overall very nice. We enjoyed the views of the city so much, that alone was worth the price. The rooms were very spacious. Notes for improvement: The breakfast was okay (mainly pre packaged pastries) and a k cup coffee maker. Freshly brewed coffee would be nice. The beds were also a little too firm for our liking. Overall very nice though and a 8/10! We would return.
